So, today in therapy we discussed possibly living in a group home. She asked me if I wanted to go to the east coast where more people specialized in DID. I told her I couldn’t afford it. She asked me if Amilia was afraid of change. I told her she was. What do you guys think of living in a group home with dissociative identity disorder? Does anyone have any thoughts? If anyone has any questions, you can email at Rayette.rucker23@gmail.com the r is lower cased.
why cant you stay in the facility you are in now? It seems moving again would be hard. xx

I’m not getting the help I need here. This place is to big for me to get the help I need.

Do you want to move somewhere else? It seems you’re moving a lot. That would be hard for me, I wouldn’t be able to cope

It seems that whenever I get somewhere I have to end up moving because I’m not getting the help that i need. Here if you’re in a crisis, they put you one to one with a staff member verses sending you to the hospital which isn’t really helping the person.

No I guess not, but hospital doesn’t always help either, one-to-one is good sometimes I think, maybe then you can talk to the staff member who is with you when you are having the crisis

The one you are with is a security guard. They’re not trained mental health professionals.

Wow! That seems very challenging. We couldn’t handle all the moving. I hope you find something.
