Update on life

So, I have therapy at 1 o’clock today. Looking forward to it. Going to show my therapist a few songs. One of Skyscraper by Demi Lovato, the other is Warrior by Demi Lovato, and the other is cut by Plumb. I hope she likes them. Hoping to get something out of therapy today. Feeling very low today. Thoughts of suicide are coming back. Wish I could stop it.
