So, I hate having POTS. I can’t seem to drink the recommended amount of water because of the fact that I have an eating disorder and such. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to know which foods I should eat to best maximize my health with POTS? How do you get the strength or motivation to do simple things like just standing up to do the dishes? We’re all new to this.

  1. Don’t forget to hashtag POTS because you may get more followers with ideas and definitely join a POTS group on facebook. They are so freaking helpful.
    Drinking is the biggest thing for my daughter. It is hard and has taken time. She sets out the water bottles she needs to drink in the day. It’s the only way she can do it. She also purchased something called E-lyte. Which is an electrolyte replacement. You put a capful into 8 ounces of water and it ups your sodium and balances your blood pressure some. We bought Himalayan sea salt and put it on everything too.
